Bright Bars are cold processed products formed by deformation by passing the bar through a die. This aids in achieving the desired sizes of the bar with tighter tolerances of dimensions. Bright Barsare much in demand with its characteristics of being easily machinable & high aesthetics. Cold drawn Steel has multiple benefits: it provides tighter tolerances thus reduces machining losses; improved steel surface finish improves quality; improves straightness, increases mechanical properties; improves machinability and productivity, higher tool life, and enhanced machined finish.The surface finish of these bars is bright and free from scale. Mechanical properties of these bars are increased upon completion of drawing operations, depending on the reduction applied.
